Affiliate programs popular in October 2021
Mid-fall is a great time for collecting precious traffic. We have some robust events for you that will help promote—and sell—season products and services.
In our October digest of popular affiliate programs, we’re going to split the products into categories by slogan. This will help you easily and artfully craft ad creatives and promote products among certain target audiences. Here are the slogans we’re going to use:
Important! Always pay attention to the affiliate programs’ geography. This text mostly covers worldwide programs but does include some region-specific programs. You’ll be able to spot them by region tags. For instance, ES indicates Spain, IN means India, PL is for Poland, US concerns the United States, and so on.
Tricking or treating
October’s big event is Halloween. Although a bit unsure about this foreign holiday, citizens of CIS countries love celebrating this event. And since lockdown restrictions have been lifted in many areas and mass events have been allowed, people will definitely get to throw or join a party.
Right when the month kicks off, users start looking for fancy outfits and accessories, classy dresses and evening wear, children’s costumes, fashionable shoes, make-up, interior decorations, treats, and food delivery.
Craft some catchy creatives, publish costume collections, and share guides like “How much gearing up for Halloween may cost you this year.” Target people who often go to parties and events.
By the way, it’s a good idea to remind customers that they can buy everything they need in one place—a big online store.
Improving and bolstering health
The immune system usually weakens in the fall, and people’s moods switch to the blues. The flu, colds, COVID, and Seasonal Affective Disorder, as S.A.D. (see what we did there?) as these things are, they can yield a ton of income.
Invite users to boost their health. Drive traffic to pharmacies, medicine delivery, and telemedicine services (including mental health and counseling). Vitamins and dietary supplements, sports goods, healthy food, and online fitness are things that see evergreen demand, but they grow enormously popular in the fall.
The temperature plummets in October. Apparently, everything that brings warmth and comfort will be much sought after.
Unleash your imagination. Promote products like heated floors, PVC windows, fireplaces, heaters, plaids, warm clothes, and shoes (since warm clothes and shoes for kids experience a surge in demand in October, make sure to tweak your SEO), thermoses, and everything to keep you warm during these chilly days. You can even highlight warm pet clothes.
Again, emphasize that nasty October-November weather and what’s traditionally been ‘cold season.’ That’s especially relevant since health officials are warning of another likely coronavirus wave. The slogan “Stay home, stay safe” couldn’t have come at a better time.
With this in mind, promote everything related to home activities. That could be food delivery (both one-off and home meal kit programs), gaming consoles and games (including online games), hobbies and sports gear, interior decor, and kitchenware.
But don’t bite off more than you can chew. Focus on a few verticals you’re good at and where you can find target segments. Once you know where to operate, start promoting products in dedicated ad spaces.
Cheering on teachers
It’s a small-scale but important event: October 5 is World Teachers’ Day. People have solid respect for this profession and feel like spending a lot on gifts for their favorite educators. Besides the obvious things, like flowers and candies, consider good books, premium-grade stationery items, gift baskets, and gadgets.
Celebrating country-specific holidays
October is going to bring lots of events and causes for celebration in different countries. For starters, Columbus Day is celebrated on October 11 in the States, October 1, China’s National Day of the People’s Republic of China, while the Double Ninth Festival falls on October 14, 2021.
Mid-autumn in India sees a whole host of festivities: Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday, Dussehra, and the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad. The latter holiday, by the way, is also widely celebrated in the Muslim world.
National Grandparents Day comes to Britain on October 4, and Grandparents’ Day is observed on October 3 in France.
The City of Amsterdam will host its annual marathon on October 17. And, as sports enthusiasts must know, the football season is continuing in Europe. You can make use of it to promote sports goods and game tickets.
We wish you tons of quality October traffic!
